Alice and Her Bicycle

Dear Aunt Alice,

While working on a presentation to share with a local church about your missionary journey and the work that the Lord did through you, I scanned a few photos and re-visited your letters.

You wrote, "Took advantage of the wide Government roads to learn to ride a bicycle.  Rode four miles the next day with help."  A couple of days later, you added, "Cycling alone but will not mention the number of falls received only to say that I looked much like a wounded soldier." 

Nevertheless, you posed proudly, even if you did look like a wounded soldier!! =)
